The communication from the company was impeccable, they were very professional, courteous, informative to me and very knowledgeable about my pressure needs. Terry contacted me on going until and after the service was completed. The price was very reasonable. The date and time presented to me were comfortable and he was on time. I’m very pleased with the service and thanks to Terry, in two years he will follow up with me. He went above and beyond to help me out.

I am very pleased with the service I received from this company - 3 Kings Cleaning. I contacted the company and was greeted by a very friendly and engaging representative. She followed up very quickly by email with an estimate and information related to the service. This was followed up the next day with a text from the owner inquiring if I had any questions and within minutes he responded to each one of them. Once all my questions were answered I received an estimate and a date for service. The day before service I received a reminder and received several updates until the owner arrived to do the job. Once he arrived he established all the expectations of the work to be done. To say the least I am very pleased with the level of service and quality. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

I received two services for the total price of $521.00. My gutters were cleaned and my house was pressure washed. Terrine did the gutters, Terrin did an excellent job of removing dirt, leaves and small branches from my gutters. It took about an hour and a half to complete the job. Earnest power washed my home, I had 15 years of grime and pollen build up on my two story home. I am very pleased with the results. All windows are visibly clean, the gutters and siding are remarkably clean. My house looks awesome. Ernest did an excellent job. I will be contacting 3 Kings for future cleaning jobs.

Even through it was raining Terry with 3Kings arrived on time explained the service he would be providing and that the rain would not be an issue. I received a power washing of my house including the driveway, sidewalk in front of my house as well as the patio pad in the back of my house. After the job was completed I received before & after pictures! I was highly pleased with the outcome. When I returned home everything was so fresh smelling and clean. My initial expectation with 3Kings Cleaning - Pressure Washing Company was far exceeded. From the Initial phone call, where I spoke with Ms. Zina, who was so kind and personable, set the tone for the service I actually received. Ms. Zina explained the services 3 Kings offered and let me know exactly what to expect. I received the estimate for contracted work, and approved the contract. On the day of service, Mr. Terry and one of his associates arrived they too were kind and personable. As we took a tour around the perimeter of my home, Mr. Terry thoroughly explained the services he was going to provide, right down to the type of solution he was going to use and the potential minor damage that could be caused when pressure washing. He thoughtfully covered my security cameras as to avoid any water damage, and also went over some areas three times to ensure that the algae and streaking was properly removed. In some cases, as he pointed out areas, I said it was fine, however he stated that he couldn’t leave knowing that’s steaks could be seen, and he then removed them. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer, so much in fact, that I have scheduled my next cleaning 2 years from now. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for for cleaning and or pressure washing services.
