Called this company to assist with an issue we had with a homeowner my company did a remodel for. They were excellent with their timing and communication. I was very impressed with their follow up as well. I received a full report of what it looked like before the tech started and after as well as a full description of what he did. I received and estimate from 3 companies regarding replacement of my nonfunctional garage doors. My first contact was with Brad who scheduled the appointment for the estimate. I reached out to him again regarding changes to my request. Today 11/10/22, I had become a little anxious about getting the doors replaced. Brad, informed me that he could have two technicians at my home today to replace my garage doors. I left work after receiving a text from Mike stating he was heading to my home to start the process as Earl was picking up he doors. Both Mike and Earl were very professional and did an excellent job. Mike explain and demonstrated all the features of my new garage doors. There prices were fair and excellent customer service. Kudos to One Clear Choice! After extensive on-line product research about both doors and openers, we chose One Clear Choice. Of the several vendors we contacted for RFPs (Request For Proposal - estimates), One Clear Choice was the only one to follow-up to ensure all of our concerns were addressed and our questions answered. This included both phone calls and emails. Brad, the Design Specialist in their Kennesaw, GA showroom, was professional, well-informed and knows his product, providing both demonstrations and direct, straight-forward answers to any question. He did not "spin" an answer simply to get a sale. Aaron, the tech who did the measuring and who will install the doors, was prompt, courteous and also well-informed, giving direct answers to technical questions regarding both the door and opener.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Here's my story about garage door installation companies. I'm a Army Veteran so I try to support veteran owned businesses. Initially, I called another company and the tech arrived and first misdiagnosed the problem. Second, he quoted me $725 for Lift Masters entry level chain opener. I don't know much these install guys are getting paid, but I know these Lift Masters don't come with 18K gold components. I quickly pushed the pause button and searched the web and found One Clear Choice (Thank God I did!). First, transparent pricing. What you see is what you get. Second, putting 2&2 together, they don't hire contractors, my installer is a full-time employee of the company (and very good at what he does!). His professionalism and attention detail were also great. Very thorough walking me through the technology (ie wifi, camera, opener, ect.). When the world finds out about One Clear Choice there won't be any other garage installation companies and I'm dead serious, they are that good!

А friends install new garage door opener, and did sloppy job, I thought I have a good deal.The opener coast 160 bucks and I paid for installation 200 bucks cash,..so week after the door not align and stop moving, on my luck I've received coupons book, there was Clear Choice coupons,...Installation new opener with basic Chamberlain opener for for,....269 bucks ,,but it was too late. So I call for garage door service (very nice lady with beautiful voce made me appointment) about 3hrs after I got a message, within 15 min the serviceman will be there. I belive his name was Nicky or Nick,..very professional and very nice. He fixed my door, I got a discount for 69 bucks, my springs was adjusted for free. Great company, great people, great customer service and great price.

The technician they sent to my home is AWESOME! He has visited my home twice and both times he has been so pleasant. The first time he installed a new garage door opener for my family. It is soooo quiet. During the visit, he made some recommendations to ensure the opener and door would work for many more years. He showed me how to work the controls and explained about the use of the app for door opener. On his second visit, he made some repairs to my garage door to make it function smoother and more quieter than it already was. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. One Clear Choice did a great job fixing our garage door. The springs broke on ours and One Clear Choice had a service technician out the next day. As luck would have it, our springs broke right before a big cold front blew into town, so I was really happy they could get someone out so quickly. I received a text message with a picture of the person who would be working on my door and he actually showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to inspect everything and take pictures. He then replaced the springs and a couple other worn out parts and had everything done in only about an hour. After everything was complete, I received an email with a report on all the work and I was shocked at how detailed the report was. This is really a great company and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly, I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work.

I hired One Clear Choice again as I decided to replace both of my openers. Awesome service (just like last time) and the technician was super friendly and knowledgable. Programmed all my cars, keypad, showed me how to work the app on my phone. Talked to me about how to care for the doors and to maintain them. I hired other guys a few years back and the difference between them and One Clear Choice is amazing. Hire these guys if you need garage door work!!!!! Great company!!!!! I have had serious issues with my door from another company that installed it. One Clear Choice came out that day and fixed the problem correctly! Ty (the repair tech) was super knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. Highly recommend these guys (especially after having such a bad experience with the previous company).
