Ben Hill Renovations-Siding

Oh man. What a great and fun group to work with. Jeff McIntyre, head honcho, for our job was gracious and open, and easy going; but strong with his team. We had our roof done 8 years ago, which was excellent; now after 30 years of vinyl siding; we needed new. We chose Allura siding, which is a hardy plank cousin. The siding guys were great to work with and they helped us fix anything that was fixable below the surface. We had not had our house wrapped 30 years ago, so these guys had to also complete that first. All was completed with competency. We had probably 4 punch lists completed during the job. Just finalized the last punch list. We are pleased with the job completed. Now we are awaiting the pickup of the giant trash bin. All is good. Would tell others about this company easily. Hands down the best price of all estimates. Installation team worked hard to ensure siding and windows were installed in strict accordance with mfg specs and were to my liking. A great job done right. When they say we are not done until you are happy, they mean it.

When we started our new siding project I was impressed from beginning to end. We had a meeting with the salesman, he helped up select what was best for our house. From beginning to end this project was a breeze (except for noise, which was unavoidable). These guys worked on side of the house at a time. After they finished a side those guys worked so hard at cleaning us any mess in that part of the yard before moving on. Not to mention how nice the guys were to us. And the last day after all workers left and removed materials, here comes another man with a giant rolling magnet, and he walks the property to pick up an loose nails. Ben Hill will be asked back for future renovations on our House. Thank you for the courtesy manner and great work. This was a 10 star experience.

He was professional, personable, fair and met our expectations. Tonya Jones the Production Coordinator, was there to take care of whatever we needed with the technical support, invoicing and supply chain process. She was attentive and thorough, which resulted in a resolution as soon as it was presented. Shawn Anderson, the Project Supervisor has to be one of the hardest working men in the industry. We are pleased with the excellent work, honesty and professionalism that he & his crew provided. It was amazing just watching Jefferson, the Install Leader & his team in action. These guys worked together so well, like a fine-tuned machine to create a beautiful finish to our siding & windows project. Josh showed up right on time for our appointment, was very professional looking and knew his stuff. He made an assessment, explained some options and took measurements.
