I needed to get some wood repaired and my house painted. I had a hard time finding somebody dependable I could work with. I have used Advanced before, but learning they have a painting division made this decision easy. Brian came out and took a look, he was easy to work with, and the crew did a great job. I would definitely use them again. They replaced some wood around my house and garage, and repainted the whole house.

After using Advanced Pressure Washing to clean my house and porches, I decided to use their sister company, Advanced Painting Solutions, for the next phase of the project – staining and painting the porches. Advanced Pressure Washing shared their pictures so that dimensions and layout could be determined, and I received an acceptable estimate in a timely fashion. I was in the que waiting for a definite date for a few days, as expected. On the chosen date, the painters showed up very early and got right to work. There was one small problem that could not be fixed on the day of service, but Greg Jones got the lead painter back to my house within 48 hours to take care of it. While he was there, Rene solved the problem and then cleaned some paint splatters off the concrete patio beside the porch. I am pleased with the process and the final product. The outside of the house is clean and my porches look great!

Absolutely recommend Bryan Santee with Advanced Painting Solutions. The trim on our 5 year old house has experienced peeling within a year of painting - two attempts by a previous company proved unsuccessful. Bryan and his crew were persistent in the preparation of the window trim, which is where the peeling was worse. Some windows had to be completely scraped, then were sanded before applying the primer and paint. It was tiresome work. He had recommended that we only paint the trim rather than the siding as well, considering the siding looked good, and we appreciate the advice since it saved us the added expense. When it is time to paint the whole house, Bryan with Advanced Painting Solutions will be the company we will call.
