AquaGuard-Foundation Repair

Will was AWESOME!! He called and texted to let me know he was en route. He arrived on time to inspect my home's foundation. Due to his very thorough inspection, he determined that the foundation was fine. What truly impressed me is that not only was he honest about me not needing foundation work, he took the time to try to pinpoint what was happening in my house. He admitted that it wasn't his area of expertise but that what he saw was concerning and referred me to someone who is an expert in the matter. Not very many people would do that. I am grateful that he was sent to inspect my home. If all of AquaGuard's employees are like this you can be assured you're in good hands.

There was a crack in our basement foundation requiring the installation of the basement gutters and wall seal. I've never seen such an efficient and hardworking crew. There were several unexpected challenges and the team leader quickly came up with a solution. These guys worked efficiently and hard for ten and a half hours, on a Friday, to ensure everything was installed properly and tested. There was demo, jackhammering, digging, laying gutters, pipes, sump pump installation to mention a few of their tasks. They made sure to explain everything they did and cleaned up after themselves. It's a great hardworking crew and AquaGuard is lucky to have the knowledge and experience of Joseph P, Dyllen and Jaylen B. I cannot thank these guys enough. The best news is that we now have a dry basement.

AquaGuard Foundation Solutions of Marietta installed crawlspace encapsulation and foundation drainage in April of 2021. We called them a few weeks ago due to equipment issues and Nico came out today for an inspection. He was very knowledgeable and professional in his interactions with my husband and I and discovered that the electrical supply was the issue with the equipment. He did a very thorough crawlspace and perimeter foundation inspection and recommended some DYI improvements that will aid in keeping the system operating at its best. We were very pleased with the job that Nico did for us.

Nick Orlando was the first person to come out and give me a quote for some major foundation work I needed done on my home out of several. He spent time assessing the issues and then sat down with a real time presentation on his tablet to show me what needed to be done to repair the issues. It was very informative and unlike any other company that had come out to give me a quote which I very much appreciated. He took his time to explain things and always made himself available whether it be by email or phone to answer any questions that arose. He worked with me on the pricing to ensure that he gave me the best deal possible. We had 3 different projects that needed to be completed for the foundation repair with 3 different crews all of which were extremely competent and fast. Timothy from the final part of the project crew that came was very open and explained there were supply issues which he worked with his team to diligently resolve and came back a few days later to complete the job. My experience with AquaGuard has been amazing. The staff for each project along with the quality of work and the lifetime warranty they offer on their work is by far above any other foundation work company out there. Carlos and his team, James and Angel, were wonderful. They answered all our questions and explained in detail their inspection and the process of service. The rear and side of the home was stabilized and the visible cracks were reduced/closed. I would recommend AquaGuard for all your Foundation Repairs.

Had foundation repair work done on my house from the 60s. Easy to get appointment for a quote. Friendly inspector/salesman (Russell). Quote was similar to another company I got a quote from, but because easy scheduling and financing I went with AquaGuard. The crew that worked on my house was Avery and James. Work was finished on time, though started late because of rain slowing down a previous job. Work was well done, cracks in my walls were closed up when the floor was lifted, floor feels much more steady. My only complaint is there are a lot of cuts in the encapsulation in the crawlspace. Some of the holes were patched but there are a lot that were not patched at all. The service people were difficult to reach after the work was done but ultimately someone is scheduled to come out and repair the holes. ***Update: had a service technician come out today to repair the holes. Everything is patched! I’m very satisfied overall with the work and the response of the company

We had a great experience with all the people we interacted with. Daniel Steel was very helpful in explaining the options and priorities of the repairs/installations we needed without being pushy at all. I never felt like I was being pressured into any of the options. The installation crew were also very kind and courteous. Shout out to Avery, Country, and James for the great work and for keeping us informed on the progress while the work was being completed.
